Price Quote

 

Need to generate a quote for an submission or purchase order? Here are the steps how you can do it yourself, as well as the options for a quote payment.

Step 1: Create your order and go to your cart. You will see a "Request Price Quote" button. Please select.

Step 2: Fill in the requested information. You may also upload a purchase order if you already have it on this page. Please fill out your shipping address and billing address if it differs from the first address given.

Step 3: After filling out your information, please select submit request. This creates a quotation on our end, and we will add shipping and taxes to your quote if applicable. 

Step 4: You will be sent an email confirming your quote, and you will be able to download a PDF of your quote, pay for your quote directly, or choose a purchase order option as your payment method during checkout. This will make it an order.

Step 5: Your order will not be processed until the payment is made or the purchase order is placed.

Purchase Orders

Have a purchase order or using that as your method of payment? Here is how to officially place an order with that as your payment method.

NOTE: Nothing will be done with your order until we receive payment for your order or the official purchase order document. You may email it to us or mail it to the addresses above. 

Please make sure you have your billing address entered correctly. Once the order is generated, we cannot change it on our end without creating an entire new order.

Purchase order as payment method

If you do not need a quote, you can still choose purchase order as your payment method.

  1. Create your order and add the items to your cart
  2. Go to your cart page and click check out
  3. Scroll down to payment methods and select 'Purchase Order'. This will not charge you, but will let us know you are using a PO for your order. Again, your order will not be processed until we receive the purchase order.
  4. Complete your order! This will create an official order on our end.

Nothing will be done with your order until we receive the official purchase order document.

Using a Purchase Order after quote invoice generation:

Once your quote was processed, you should have received an invoice for your quote giving you the option to pay online or use a PO to place an order. (If you placed a quote and haven't received an email, let us know and we can resend it to you.)

  1. From the invoice email, please click the button that says "Click here to purchase or place purchase order". This will bring you to the Shopify checkout page for your quote.
  2. Scroll down to payment methods and select 'purchase order'. This will not charge you, but will let us know you are using a PO for your order. Again, your order will not be processed until we receive the purchase order.
  3. Complete your order! This will create an official order on our end, confirming your quotation.
