Quotation/ Purchase Orders

 

Need to generate a quote for a purchase order? Here are the steps how and you can do it yourself, as well as the options for a quote payment.

Step 1: Check out as normal through our site. 

Step 2: Put in all your information on the checkout page. 

  • Make sure you put a separate billing address if it differs from your shipping address. We cannot change the billing address after the quote is created, so to avoid having to create another one, double check!

Step 3: Scroll down to the payment selection. Select the "Quotation/Purchase Order option". This will generate a quote for you once submitted, and will not charge you. 

Step 4: Click complete order, and this will generate a quote for you! You will receive an email with your quote number, so be on the lookout for that after you complete your checkout. The number given on the confirmation page is not the quote number. This will be in your email.

Step 5: Your order will not be processed until payment or a PO is received. 

You may do this by:

  1. Emailing/mailing your purchase order
  2. Send us a message/email that you would like your invoice/would like to pay for your order. We will send the invoice to your email, which allows you to pay online with a card. The invoice will look like this in your email after we send it:
